We care on bringing you in touch with the wines and flavours of Peloponnese. Our highly experienced team is dedicated to offer you a package on the wide spectrum of local wine presentation, wine tasting learning, combination of wine with local flavours, vine landscapes, along with the views of a unique -in the world- ecosystem, all inclusive.

Our guest during the wine tour, have the chance to visit the winery and the vineyyards, exclusively chosen for the highly quality products, their approach on making wines, as also to their dedication to the Peloponnesian wine itself.

In this winery, our guests will taste four different kinds of wine. They will also have the opportunity to discuss about the wines they taste with winery trained escort or the winemaker, having at the end of the sensational tour an integrated idea of the wines produced on Peloponnese. During the ride between wineries, stopovers, will give you the chance to have a closer look at both traditional and modern vineyards, learning more about history and practice of over 2000 years old, cultivation of these species. During the final visit ,in every wine tour, an assortment of local cheese and accompaniments , are offered, in order to give our guest the chance to combine local wines and flavours.

The story of the winery begins long before the creation of Domaine Skouras
George Skouras was born in Argos, one of the oldest towns of Europe with a 3,000 years long tradition of wine and culture.
In 1980, George went to study Agriculture at the University of Dijon, in Burgundy, France. However, his acquaintance with the Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs of the region, as well as the famous local wine growers, put a spell on him.
On graduating from Dijon with a degree in oenology, George started gathering experience in many classic wine-producing regions of France, Italy and Greece.
A long-held vision, the creation of Domaine Skouras materialized in 1986. Initially, the small wine-making facility was in Pyrgela, a small village on the outskirts of Argos. The next logical step was the creation of a boutique winery in the Nemea Appellation area, in the village of Gimno.
At Domaine Skouras, we welcome our guests daily and offer them guided tours and tastings of our wines.
We are waiting for you to relax with our white wines, flirt with our rose creations and explore our complex reds.

Sundays and national holidays the winery remains closed.

Meeting point at Skouras Domain according to the opening days and times of the winery : Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturday 10:30-18:00.

Start time will be advised by SMS or email three (3) days before the departure of your wine tour.

Basic physical condition.Light walking is nessecery.

If you have any food ingredient allergy or allergy on other natural sources like egg bees, please let us know.

Children need to be accompanied by an adult.

For any tour is required a minimoum number of participations in order to be materialized. In case of less participants our travel agency has the right to cancel the tour or to postpone the date in another with more participants.Last day of information about the materialisation of the tour can be 1 day before departure as some new last minute - bookings or cancelations can influence the tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the prebooked tour.

All customer touchpoints are frequently cleaned.
Social distancing is maintained in vehicles up to 65% of the total capacity per vehicle ( taxi-minivan-minibus-bus)
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds.
Masks are required, please bring your own..

Wine tasting of five wines. The wines that are sampled are upgraded to the finer wines of Domaine Skouras (Salto, Dum Vinum Sperum, Grande Cuvee, Megas Oenos, Synoro).
Breadsticks and local cheese will be served.

It may be possible to amend your booking however, this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider. The confirmation process depends upon the booking conditions. These are explained in the Additional Information field, located on the tour camp; activity information page. Most tours are confirmed at time of booking; however, others will be advised to you within 12-48 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 48 hours, please contact us for further assistance.
