If you do not make full payment, your reservation will automatically be canceled after the option date & time.
Credit card changes may be made through “Manage My Booking” at any time prior to the credit card being charged.
Once payment for the activity has been charged, no changes to the credit card are permitted.
The payment date is dependent upon the booking / tour selected.

Making changes to a reservation ?
You need to change the date, to add a person,or make another adjustment? There is no problem!!
In most cases, you can change your booking up to 24 hours before your tour or activity.
However, please check the “General terms and Conditions” or “Cancellation Policy”section of your ticket for the detailed policy for your specific activity.
Not all bookings can be changed. Please contact us through our customer care department by mail to : info@trigilidas.com

Can I cancel my tour?
This information can be found in either the General Terms & Conditions  and Cancellation Policy field on the tour & activity information page, or at the bottom of most pages.

Can I book over the telephone?
Trigilidas travel  is a tour operator offering to its clients an online booking service and we offer  customer service via email,Live Chat,viber,whatsapp,messenger to support your booking questions.
Our goal is to respond to each query we receive within 12 to 24 hours.Furthermore we have a call center, so if you want just to ask a questions or to proceed to a booking please call  our call center, is

I’m not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?
You will need to provide the nearest major hotel or accommodation to where you are staying, and enter these details as the pick up in your booking request, Alternatively you can make your way to the main departure point (Nedontos 79 str. – 24100 Kalamata when the transfer and pick-up point is inclunded)

Are you offering special group rates?
Trigilidas Travel as a tour organizer is specialized also to groups and private tours so please mail us at info@trigilidas.gr or info@trigilidas.com.

Can I change/amend my booking?
It may be possible to amend your booking however, this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider. Contact Trigilidas Travel customer care department with your current booking details and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.
When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
The confirmation process depends upon the booking conditions. These are explained in the Additional Information field, located on the tour & activity information page. Most tours are confirmed at time of booking; however, others will be advised to you within 12-48 hours. If confirmation or otherwise is not received within 48 hours, please contact us for further assistance through email,Live Chat, Viber, Whatsapp, call.

If I have not received a reply to my emails ?
Some email internet providers can mark general booking emails such as those sent from Trigilidas travel  as “spam” – please check your spam folder for previous email replies. If you have your spam filter set on the highest ranking, only emails from senders in your address box will go into your inbox. Any other emails (such as replies from internet sites you have booked on) will go into a “spam” folder. These emails can sit in this folder for up to 7 days and then your email system will automatically delete them.

Are my credit card and bank account data safe ?
Trigilidas travel uses EUROBANK S.A. for handling all online payments as well as all Greek Bank institutions for rest payments ( Bank transfers, PayPal, payment links). Pls check our Forms of payments in our homepage.
Eurobank uses  the Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer and all other popular browsers. SSL encrypts your personal information such as your password, address and telephone number, and your credit card is available only to you and the credit card companies.
This encryption makes doing business on the internet as secure as making purchases by telephone.

What languages are available for each tour?
The majority of the tours and services provided are available and based in English only.
In some cases, you may be able to select a language option (where available).
In some cases the tour contacted in two languages.

Are tours and activities operated on Festivities ( Such as Easter, Christmas and Public International or National Holidays)?
You can check the availability of a tour by clicking on the View Price Guide link. This will open a popup that shows the availability for the tour or attraction. Select the month in which the public holiday falls to see if the tour is available on that day. Please note that public holidays vary throughout many destinations where we offer travel services. Some travel service providers may decide at short notice not to operate on certain public holidays. This will be advised at booking if applicable.

If I am delayed for my tour or activity?
You must be 15-20 minutes before the departureor your tour or beggining of activity.There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure, as they may be fare away from start point or fully booked.
Please allow sufficient time, whenever possible, to reach the departure point in time for your tour.

What happens if  the tour is not running due to unforeseen circumstances?
It is our responsibility to inform you on time and a full refund is mandatory, since it is not your mistake.
