Each exercise of the Callanetics is modified and adapted to the needs of the trainee. The goal is to mobilize and increase the range of motion of the joints, as well as to develop strength and flexibility, through the small consciously controlled movement safely.
The Callanetics method, proposed by TOM MYERS, creator of ANATOMY TRAINS, achieves in a very short time the development of deep muscle strength, muscular endurance, the correct alignment of the spine and the activation of the pelvic floor, while improving strength and flexibility, respectively, in a simple and at the same time dynamic way. Each Callanetics exercise is limited to specific muscle groups at a time, where with controlled and targeted minimal movement on the shafts, they are activated to the maximum of contraction or stretching each time.
Callanetics is an alternative form of exercise, without dangerous loads or vibrations, which makes it accessible to everyone, at any age, gender and physical condition, even to people who have never exercised before or who suffer from musculoskeletal problems.
You do not need any Gym equipment. Our gym is our own body.
The trainee gains control of his body from the first lessons and achieves the restoration of the correct posture and movement with a simultaneous change in his external image.
This activity is taking place in Taygetos mountain !! Trails, canyons, stone bridges, villages, paths, trees, pines, streams, small rivers … All these together compose the Taygetos mountain range of Peloponnese which extends between the basins Megalopolis Eurotas and Messinia and measures 2,407 meters the highest peak , his Agiolia.

For any tour is required a minimoum number of participations in order to be materialized. In case of less participants our travel agency has the right to cancel the tour or to postpone the date in another with more participants.Last day of information about the materialisation of the tour can be 1 day before departure as some new last minute - bookings or cancelations can influence the tour.
