09:00 a.m. Departure from the port of Koroni. We head to the Caves of Diros, which we will visit for 45 minutes and there we will swim and barbeque.
17:00 p.m. Return to Koroni.

We depart from the harbor of Koroni at 09:00,towards for the Caves of Diros.We visit the caves for 1 hour and then you enjoy a swim in the sea and a barbecue meal as well.In the area there are two caves, Vlichada and Alepotrypa. The existence of the cave of Vlichada has been known to the locals since around 1900. But no one suspected the miracle it hid in its interior until 1949, when the founders of the Hellenic Cave Society, John and Anna Petrochellos, began to explore it systematically.Until 1960, 1,600 meters were excavated and mapped. Since 1987, the Palaeoanthropology and Speleology Ephorate of the Ministry of Culture started the detailed study of the Cave and in collaboration with an international team of cavemen, it continued its exploration and mapping. To date, they have mapped 14,700 meters of routes. Most of the Cave is below the surface of the water.
The cave began to form hundreds of thousands of years ago. The stalactites and stalagmites presently below the water were formed when the surface of the sea was far below its current level. There have been stalactites at a depth of 71 meters. The maximum depth of the Cave is located outside the tourist route and reaches 80 meters.We return at 17.00 at the port of Koroni.
The "pirate ship" Albatros II, Greek-made wooden caravan, a seabird, as its name says, performs daily cruises to the Messenian Gulf. Starting from the port of Kalamata and enjoying a magical voyage, we explore the beauties of Messenia like Santova, Kitries, Kardamili, Dolphin beach, Stoupa and Diros Caves. As well as Costa Navarino, Methoni, Koroni, Peroulia beach, Petalidi and Agios Andreas will make your vacation enchanting. The afternoon , from the port of Kalamata, is held everyday two-hour excursions along the length of messenian coast to enjoy your coffee or your drink.The capacity is 200 people and fully equipped to make your cruise magical. It offers cold-dishes, toast, club sandwich, ice cream, and an impressive bar where you can have your coffee, drink or cocktail.

Swimming experience is required, but it is optional. Light walking is nessecery.

For any tour is required a minimum number of participations in order to be materialized. In case of less participants our travel agency has the right to cancel the tour or to postpone the date in another with more participants.Last day of information about the materialisation of the tour can be 1 day before departure as some new last minute - bookings or cancelations can influence the tour.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the prebooked tour.
