Throughout September, our winery opens its doors to daily groups of 8 people and up. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast, a curious traveler, or simply someone
who appreciates the finer things in life, this is an experience you won’t want to miss!
What’s Included:
1. Trygo Adventure:
o Dive into the heart of our vineyards with a thrilling Trygo adventure.
Traverse the rolling hills, breathe in the fresh air, and immerse
yourself in the vineyard’s natural beauty.
2. Grape Pressing:
o Get your hands (and feet!) dirty as we demonstrate the ancient art of
grape pressing. Feel the grapes squish beneath your toes, releasing
their sweet nectar—the essence of our wines.
1) Wine Tasting with Selected Labels:
Step into our elegant area, where sophistication meets flavor. Sample a curated selection of wines, each with its own story. ( 2 labels psaroulis wines)
Gastronomic Delight: Our selected labels will be combined with local products such as fresh Messinian lalagi, flavored olive oil, village sourdough bread, natural olives , baked olives, paste olive, sfela cheese, vegetables , Greek yogurt.
2) Moustalevria (ΜΟΥΣΤΑΛΕΥΡΙΑ) : Did you know that from grape must, we create Moustalevria (μουσταλευρία)? Witness the transformation as we turn grape remnants into a flavorful dessert. When you Taste the result—it will be a delightful surprise!
3) Petimezi (ΠΕΤΙΜΕΖΙ) you will get to know the process of making petimezi, a traditional syrup made from grape must used mainly as a sweetener for the
production of sweet and sour dishes, for salad dressings, for dessert syrup. You will taste it like the way we prefer here in Messinia.
Duration and Cost:
o The entire experience lasts 5-6 hours, leaving you with memories to
cherish.
o Price: 125 euros + ΦΠΑ per person (minimum group size: 12)
