Learn to cook in a greek way… Be part of a group of Sef”s and join our morning or evening tour to the Art Farm – Agroktima Marini a multi-functional Farm close to Kalamata which promotes the agricultural legacy of Messinia.

The goal of this tour is to share the love of nature, the local products, culinary and the Arts.

In a 5500 m2 land the Art Farm combines nature’s beauty with human inspiration, providing an experience to both adults and children. You will have the chance also attending the donkey taking water from the old well. The Olive Tree Huts built with bamboo are also the attraction of the Farm. The minimalist interior reminds of an old traditional Greek village, provinding a pure feeling of freedom in nature. We will live also the experience of feeding the animals of the farm and enjoying the view to the Messinian Gulf and the city of Kalamata. Our guests will learn about ancient Greek Theater’s history from the past till today overlooking the old Maniot Traditional Tower of Kapetanakou. Be part of the prepations of our meal and learn how you can cook Gemista ( Stuffed tomatoes pepers and zucchini by rice or meat) or Lalaggia the typical snack of the area.. the donuts of the Peloponnese! While our lunch or dinner is prepared in a tradional oven you will have a small walking tour to the Old Maniot Tower of Kapetanakou in order to learn about the Greek nature and the Maniot tradition.
