TOUR INFORMATION
Whether the number of participants is not higher than 8 people the bus driver could also be an escort. The English language is always guaranteed.For more participants escort or guide are inclunded in the tour.You must read carefully what is included in the package tour / activity.
PRICES
The prices have been set on January each year. In case of any unexpected increases due to taxation, fuel increase, etc. ,the customers will be informed immediately. The included services are mentioned in the program of each excursion. The prices do not include entrance fees to any caves, museums archeological sites and personal expenses such as refreshments, lunches, coffees, shopping e.t.c.
REDUCTIONS
Infant up to 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 3 to 12 get usually a 50% discount, unless mentioned in each tour something else. Families with more than 3 children get a small reduction and you have to contact with the company for more details. All children must be accompanied at least by an adult.
SPECIAL NEEDS
All tours are not suitable and accessible by people with special needs. To avoid any misunderstandings please contact the company and ask for more clarifications.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We advice all customers about all general tour characteristics, level of difficulty in order to be well prepared and to wear them such as comfortable shoes for a walk (not high heels) , and bring with them a hut and a bottle of water. In case, we visit monasteries and churches a modest cloth is important to have.
PICK UP SERVICE AND TIME OF DEPARTURE
The entire pickup services will be from the stated hotels and the main squares – meeting points. For more information do not hesitate to contact us. All passengers must be there 20 minutes before the departure. The time of the departure will be usually early in the morning from 07:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. in case of each tour.Otherwise the meeting time , point will be advised by sms or email one-three days before the tour/activity.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before the participation to each excursion or activity, according to our form of payments.
RESPONSIBILITY
TRIGILIDAS TRAVEL & HOLIDAYS cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by third parties or for reasons beyond its control, and cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables, luggage or objects during tours/activities.
During the periods of greatest attendance, despite reservations, the entry to the museums-caves could be subject to delays, which are not attributable to TRIGILIDAS TRAVEL & HOLIDAYS responsibility.
INSURANCE
The scheduled tours in our company are covered by third-party insurance for the risks under National Insurance company & policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no penalty for cancellations of tour communicated to TRIGILIDAS TRAVEL & HOLIDAYS 1-2 days (24-48hrs) before the departure of the tour. Less than 48hrs before departure cancellation will not be any refund at all. No reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of departure at the time established similarly no reimbursement will be granted to clients who lose contact with the guide or who do not complete the tour.For multi days tours from two till… the cancellation without penalty is 7 days before the departure of the package-tour.
There is a limit of 8 people for each tour. TRIGILIDAS TRAVEL & HOLIDAYS has the right to cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum amount of participants is not reached.
Whenever due to operational difficulties or reasons beyond its control (travel ,weather conditions, strikes, changes in opening hours, delays or other problems) TRIGILIDAS TRAVEL & HOLIDAYS has the right to change the program without any variation to the established price/program.
LITIGATION-DISPUTES
Every complaint from a client must be declared by written to our company Trigilidas travel the latest 10 days after the excursion date. Every transaction between the company Trigilidas travel & Holidays and the client governed by Greek law. The company and the client undertake to resolve in good faith any dispute that may arise during the execution of each tour. In case of failure of those efforts , the parties undertake to contact the Dispute Resolution Committee of HATTA and request mediation of HATTA. If amicable settlement is not allow, then the Courts of Kalamata are responsible to solve the differences.
